LOL!...well, the concern over fuel mileage might have a different meaning if you were sitting 50 miles from fuel in the boondocks of Utah with an empty tank...and you haven't seen another trail user in many hours.

I've gotten 35 mpg in actual trail riding/racing situations and near 70 on the road. The one thing you can depend on is that you will run out of fuel really fast. For such a small engine, it is a thirsty one.

I've carried 2-ltr bottles in the sweet cheeks for a long weekend campout. I wouldn't want to drop the bike and have one of the bottles bust and spill fuel all over.
