I reckon you should strengthen the sub frame before it breaks personally.

 

I hope you're right.
I have the 300cc kit and a pumper so I'll have to wait and see.
Westoz's bike is running very sweet.
I'm not ruling out putting back on the CV carb and getting it running well if that will get me more mileage.

My aim is to be able to do the Holland track.
That's around 430 dirt k's with no fuel stops.
I'll probably carry an 8liter fuel bladder. We will see.


I'm investing in some asbestos under wear.

Yep, Your point is particularly relevant as it's all dirt miles I'm planning on doing. I'm going to run with it this weekend and see what happens.
But even if it doesn't break, I will look at some strengthening before fatigue sets in.

I was concerned they might be get in the way when riding. It looks like they are completely out of the way.
