Hey West, nice overlay, really puts it in perspective there. How much is an acre of land there? Not that I'm going to move anytime soon,.........or ever.[8D]

tremor, I was in Misawa in the early sixties, junior high age, my father was in the Air Force at the time. I can remember a few big snows and an earthquake most every nite.

Closer to Perth price goes up. Further from Perth price goes dow. Not too hard to purchase a few hundred square kilometers somewhere "outback" though.

Nice!!! I haven't seen true snow in a few years. Here in Oklahoma, we get ice storms. The weekend here has been especially nice for me. Finished all I could Saturady so I could spend all day Sunday riding. 200 miles later, my buns are sore. I really got to order thatRenazco seat. Unfortunely, state tags took a good chunk of that fund.

I see. I've never made itmuch past Perth. Last time I was there I didn't havemore than one day offin a rowso I hung around Fremantle. Got a chance to visit Sidney when we landed in Richmond and had a lot of fun in Adelaide when we were hosted by the RAAF...good times! It would be awesome to spend some time riding over there.

Lancelin is about 90 minutes north of Perth.
We're known to the rest of Australia as "sandgropers".
There's pretty much an endless selection of terrain to ride in WA.
The state is bigger than Western Europe and runs from arid desert in the east to tropical rainforest in the north to a 'Euro' temperate climate where it meets the Southern Ocean.

Yeah, if I had to do it all over again, the seat would be one of my first mods. The stocker will kill ya after anhour or soon the slab.
