On the subject of break-ins, what motor oil are you guys using during and after break-in? I'm hoping to put some miles in the sf on Saturday and do an oil change on Sunday.

 

Just take it out and beat it! just vary the rpm's and have fun! oh and welcome to kf!

i broke mine in hard.. i think i hit 7-8k right out of the dealership parking lot...i went with the "break it in like ur gonna ride it" theory.. 10,100 miles later starts up and runs like a champ, =)

First 30 Klicks Hard revs in 1.2 and 3 gears and hard down shifts as well
It's all about combustion chamber pressure.
