Default More info on carb needed?

Ok I have been messing with the jets in my bike trying to get it right. I have what is listed in my signature. I had it out today and I noticed if I held it at 7000rpm in 5th or 6th it would constantly give me hesitation. That is holding the throttle in the same spot right on 7000. Does this give me any indication of what I might be having the problem with??
Before I noticed it once and awhile during acceleration. But I have narrowed it down to this rpm range I think. Any help would be great

What throttle position? e.g. 1/4, 1/2, etc.

This ^

Carb tuning is dictated by throttle position, not RPM.

Could be something else. Stumble at 6500. do a search. Mine does it around 7,000. Its a random misfire under steady load. I Changed cylinders, carb, Jetted, re jetted,., It has to be ignition or air flow. Did it the day I test drove it bone stock and still does. Not a lot but noticeable.

Ya mine has done it since new too. I just figured at first it was because it is so lean from the factory but then I started messing with jets and figured I had it wrong somewhere. Well that kinda sucks to hear that I might not be able to fix the problem. I will do some more searching. Been doing allot but with no luck so far.

Except when you have a Constant Velocity Karb (CVK).

Couple of questions. Is your exhaust a whole system or just a slipon? I gave up on trying to distinguish all the "bomb" "power" "blaster" monikers on all these systems. Also is the 125 main a DJ jet? Just taking a stab in the dark, I'd try a 128 DJ main jet if you have a full exhaust and the snorkel removed. I have my DJ needle in the 3rd position from the top on a 250S with a 300 jug and full Muzzy.

It is just the slip on with stock header pipe and yes the 125 is a DJ jet. I was thinking of trying the 128. and I have my snorkel removed. Do you think the main might be the problem? Or am I just running too big on the needle clip for only having the 250 jug.
