Well I took a gamble. I doubt the moose 13t will fit but I had to get a few other things so i just ordered it. I figured its only 16 bucks so i'll take the chance. I should be getting the order in friday. I'll be sure to let everyone no if it fits or not.

Hey Justin & Iowa, did you guys order it? Does it fit? I was going to order the AFAM as recommended by sdunne but the afamusa.com is under construction. [&:]

Did you guys re-used the circlip or did you buy one at the Kawasaki parts counter?

Now I'm confused. Does the sprocket on the link that Iowa provided fit our bike or is Dennis Kirk wrong? I looked up the part # for the 13T that fit the XR650L and it is a different part #. Either way they are out of stock. Does anyone have a 13T sprocket for this bike?

This is sticktly my opinion but if you want to keep your chains longer dont go smaller on the cs it eats the chains and the sprokets away go bigger in the back if you want more power. sure the front id easier put you will spend alot on chains.

Thanks your theory is correct and normally I would go that way. However, with our bike, to go to a bigger rear, the chain needs to be replaced anyway. So that is why I am going with the 13T in the front. When the chain wears out and I need to replace the whole setup, I will probably go with a stock 14T and a bigger rear.

So Tony, Iowa, & Stiffler, if I understand you correctly, Dennis Kirk is wrong and the one that Dennis Kirk states will fit our bike won't and I need to go with the one for the Honda XR650L?
