Finally got the outer tubes back from the anodizer, they look good tho so im not too salty about it. Threw the ride height spacers, new seals and bushings, new springs and oil into them, they are much more firm for my fat ***(the stock klx forks are sprung for a small asian child).
Threw the front end on the bike and mocked the front wheel on there to make sure my axle spacers would work. I still need to drill out the front axle so i can run my skate wheel sliders.

Finally got my custom made motion pro cable (after over a month!!! they were very hard to work with...) and my motion pro vortex throttle. It has a very short pull so getting to WOT should be easy. I replaced the stock brake master cylinder with one off of a 2009 ninja 250 and got a pair of Chinese shorty adjustable levers for $34 shipped to throw on there, we will see how they stand up, but they look incredible and were packaged very nicely.

It's lookin' good! What does the Ninja 250 master cylinder give you over the stock one? Bigger piston diameter?

It is a 13mm piston and it has a built in brake switch (Which my stock master did not have). I believe the stock master was a 11mm, so the 13mm gives a bit more stopping power.

I bought the levers here: Clutch Brake Levers Kawasaki Ninja 250R 2008 2009 2010 | eBay
I am very happy with them but we will see how they stand up. Equally as nice as the Pazzos i have on my ZX6R.

What do you guys thinks? White fender or green fender?

Also, will a 2006 klx 250 head pipe and exhaust fit on my 2005 klx 300? I would like to get a fmf megabomb and q4 for it to replace the ragged big gun evo system.
deej, no photoshop going on here either!!
