Main Jet size with full exhaust

LOL.
FWIW, I have the TBR M7 exhaust (stock header) and this is what TBR recommended to me:
With the air box snorkel removed using the TBR exhaust:
Dyno Jet needle in the 3rd position
Stock 35 pilot jet
Dyno jet 128 main Jet
Fuel mixture screw 3 turns out

TNC - aren't you still running the stock #35 pilot jet? I bumped to a #38 and it's too rich, even with Kouba screw only a little over 1 turn out. So I'll be going back to the #35, leaving the #128 main and DJ with clip in 3rd from top (middle position) and see if that helps. Mileage is sucking at 48 mpg on the flat and easy. Air box lid off, HMF slipon, stock header, twinair filter, 3,000 feet above sea and up.
