Im searching for a used extended range gas tank to fit a 2009 klx250s and cant seem to find what im looking for. Let me know what you got. Thanks.

 

I found a Baker tank (used to be made by ADVrider member Bake) on ADVrider, it was buried on pg 6 of the Parts section. Put a wanted ad up there, you might get lucky.
It carries 1.1g and mounts under the left side panel. It requires relocation/removal of the coolant overflow bottle. It pushes the left panel way out and makes carrying a passenger difficult because the left passenger peg doesn't stick out far enough.
Thing is pretty bomb proof.
It'll be easier just getting an IMS 3g or Acerbis 3.7g probably.

I wil have to check that out. I just ordered bill blues kit so I know im going to be sucking up more fuel. Just trying to find an inexpensive option.
