Looking for a good backpack

Get a rear rack and tailbag- makes it effortless-no straps to wrestle and nothing added to your body to make the bike top heavy. Before i got my rack set up I thought of a turkey hunters pack- it sits low at waist level instead of high on your back.40 to 50 dollars with lots of room for storage.

hey, I went with an Exotec SP-3 pack from Zac Speed, www.zacspeed.com. This is an amazing combo of armor and backpack, built-in tool roll, and hydration pack. Lots of storage. I liked it so much i did a group buy with them and brought 10 in to Canada for me and my friends, everyone loves them. Had them shipped directly from Australia, although you can buy these through Thumpertalk store as well.

I think I may get one and sell my existing armor.
Oh, word of advise on backpacks.....cheap ones do not last long if ya use them a lot.....Jansport, makes the best long lasting, tough and cost effective pack...just sayin.

I took a different approach and bought an SLR camera bag from Lowepro http://products.lowepro.com/product/...-AW,2034,4.htm It doesnt have hydration but I plenty of room to store stuff if im going away for a few days and it has useful compartments but most importantly its small and tight to my back and doesnt move at all! My camelback and ogio backpacks are constantly shifting.
