Not sure if that is a serious question or not, but I'll assume it is since there is no smiley - the serious answer is "no". Pastrana typically rides a Suzuki 250cc 2 stroke which has gobs more power than our mod'd KLX. Not to say you can't ride around like that, doing jumps and wheelies if you have the skills, but that bike will eat ours for an appetizer while waiting on the main course.

I am stuck here at work and I want to ride so bad. Watching these enduro videos makes me want to go home early. That guy has crazy skills and the bike seems to launch with little effort....

How do you practice those kinds of moves safely?

Pastrana was on Letterman the other night and described a bunch of the injuries he's had - he's been hurt a lot with a lot of broken bones. And yes he does make it look effortless. He did a double back flip not too long ago, pretty amazing. That guy is nuts

I thought that 8 second run would require the CDI mod as well as a 330 kit. Perhpas he was running with the airbox lid all the way off too.

 

Just watched the Pastrana videos, That guy is so bad and yep he makes it look effortless doesnt he. Guys probably only broken about every freaking bone in his body. The price of fame on a dirtbike. When I watch the videos I see a bike on the verge of being out of control, My hats off to any of you guys who can ride even close to that.
