OK after getting left out in the dark, making it back to camp, and much later to my garage, and 2 hours messing with the bike, taking the headlight out, hi-low dim switch appart, several connectors at the headlight area.....
I found the 10A light fuse back under the seat. I had looked there and found all the fuses there and checked them, but that 'dual fuse' on the diagram was very elusive and hidden behind the frame. Here is a picture to save you guys hours of torment.

It is also in a sleeve, which is just to the left of it in the picture. The sleeve covers the 'open' id, but you can see the 'arrows' in it's native form.
