My whole philosophy on this is to get the plate out of sight and out of mind. I do not like how the acerbis plate holder/taillight sits up on the fender, I like the stock taillight. I want to clean up the mess back there. I'm not saying it looks bad but I just don't want a fender that busy. I just want the taillight there and maybe the rack. Mounting the plate on the fender itself imo looks tacky. It's almost as bad as the subfender hanging down. It shoudn't be there and my eyes notice stuff like that.
