A regular cab 4X4 Tacoma. You don't see that very often. Everything here is an Access cab or double cab.

Yeah, your right, all I see are access and doubles with access being the majority. I know of 1 regular cab in my area. I had 3 regular cabs back in the Hilux days. First one was my very first vehical when I started driving. This was before Toyota made factory 4x4's, well in the US at least. Then my other 2 were 4x4's. Back then (70's), extended cabs where rare unlike today. They are great off road on tight trails due to short and much tighter turning radius. I have a 2003 double cab now and love it. It's the 7th Toyota pickup in my life. 180,000 miles and just replaced the heads. I was one of the unlucky ones that had head gasket issues with the 3.4L engine. Still love it. Went through the rusted frame buy out, and one replacement frame (2 different trucks). Gotta say, Toyota stands behind them 100% which is great. Lost my spare tire 2 years ago, to get that recall 2 months later. Still haven't taken it in fir that replacement yet. Gotta do that soon before it expires. Great little trucks, I love'm....
