Larger fuel tank?
Never thought of that, my buddy that I sold the quad to has it in PA. It's only been about 2 years so I guess time will tell. I can't imagine the rate of absorbtion is much, when I top a tank in the fall it always looks topped by spring, maybe it's the Stabil.....[8D]
Well...off to work !

F.Y.I. I ordered Comair-Rotron part number 032686 fans and when chatting with the sales rep he could not confirm their all weather capability. Has any body had these in muck and copious rain to verify their durability?

Hi,
Do you have any plans for a fuel tank for the '06-'07 Kawasaki KLX250S.
The stock tank is woefully small 1.9 gallons. There are a couple of
other larger aftermarket tanks for the KLX300 that fit, but reportedly
they have their own set of problems.
Thanks.

Hey mooredan, thanks for the update. I guess I am going to hold on installing the klx300 tank for now. If they are actually working on it, it shouldn't take to much longer. I am going to send another email now.

Please let me know as soon as they are coming off the production line. I(and many others) areeager to see your offering for our KLX's. Thanks.

Matt,
Like you said, I would go ahead and do the KLX300 tank install. It's pretty straight forward and if anything it will just make the installation of the Clarke tank easier when the time comes for that. There is nothing that you will do to make that 300 tank fit that will add any restrictions for the future Clarke tank. After you are done fitting the 300 tank, you will be able to put any tank you want on there.
Good luck with it. If you have any questions just PM me. Mine went on with very little fuss. Of course I had Brian and Todd's mod writeups for the IMS tank installs as a guide. It was almost identical to their work.
