L.E.D. Signal lights
Ok.....I just recently replaced my signal lights with Moto LED signals. First when i touched one to the battery it was very bright so i thought... Great these will do just fine!!!. Then i installed all 4of them and when i turned on the signals, left or right, all four of them would come on but very dim and not flashing. So n e ways i then unplugged the dash lights because i already know about the indicator light problem (bla bla bla) and that helped by having the right or left come on the way it is supposed to...but it is still dim and it only came on solid not flashing. Now, i did try my friends L.E.D. Flasher and that got the signals flashing, but still dim. but that was also before i unplugged the indicator light so i was getting the "hazzard light" effect. I'm sorry if this sounds confusing. just let me know if i need to be clear. Can anyone help me with this problem and will might signal light be brighter with any fix you guys can help me with. [:-]

RE: L.E.D. Signal lights
HI,
I have a 2006. i had the led problem as well, not sure if all led flasher units are created equal.
These are what i bought:
http://www.electrosport.com/products...nals-parts.php
They came with a wiring harness that had resistors. I used the stock flasher relay. and i ended up getting a bi-polar led bulb to take care of the indicator bulb issue.
everything is working fine except they are flashing a little faster than stock but that may be taken care of by using a different flasher relay?
i would say look for a wiring harness with a resistor (if you dont already have one) i have seen them a few places now. ( if your not web savoy let me know i will find them for you). also i think i had a bad connection at one point so they acted funny as well. but i would start with the resistors

RE: L.E.D. Signal lights
I THINK THIS IS THE ONE I CANT REMEMBER THE INDUSTRY NUMBER OF THE TOP OF MY HEAD
http://www.eliteled.com/products/lig...basedbulb.html
IF ITS NOT THE TOP ONE THAN ITS THIS ONE
http://www.eliteled.com/products/lig...basedbulb.html
They just plug in.... the were slightly loose in the bulb holder so i just bent out the leads a little for a tighter fit.... it is the same base design as the stock incadesent bulb.
