Hey guys any chance the exhaust system off a KX 250f would fit on a 06 KLX 250? Found a cheap one and I love to be cheap!

It would be very doubtful, but you'd never know unless you had it in hand with your bike sitting there to try it out. For all the bends in the frame and pipe to align and for the mounting points to work out reasonably well would seem to be an unbelieveable stroke of luck. Plus...I wonder how the pipe diameter and design on the KX would fit the needs of the KLX engine? They are very different animals. Performance exhaust systems aren't as easy as plumbing a water line with PVC pipe. The good ones actually have a design to make the engine perform better.

 

Well if luck has anything to do with it it wont fit. I dont have luck.
