Easy to eliminate/confirm the battery as the culprit, just go have it checked at autozone etc.

 

So I went to autozone to check out the battery. The guy said he doesn't do motorcycle batteries, but he'd give it a try. He said it looked good, and that it was putting out a 100 cranking amps. Hell, I don't think my car battery puts out that much! Anyways, I just bought a new battery, double checked all my connections, and viola, problem gone (for now).
