You should check out the Maxxis Goldspeed range. Seem like there is a lot to like from what is posted on the forums. Can you believe they are DOT legal. Rear is almost fully slick.

Those wont work for me as I have a few dirt roads to travel but I'll take that red fish net out for a couple laps.

On second thought, once the fish net is gone and the wig removed, I don't think it's a girl at all, ol' klx-er you can have her.....or him.

back to tired though, has anyone seen any sales online right now? I've got time to shop around since winter is just getting started, I'll be forced on to 4 wheels for a couple months.

I also live in flatistan (ie Lincoln, NE), and I also have a 2009 KLX SF. Where in Nebraska are you? The tires I use are Kenda K270, because all of the paved roads are straight and flat, so I prefer to ride gravel roads.

The only interesting riding in Nebraska is out west and if you get that far you might as well keep going. Coming back to Nebraska from my last visit to Colorado, I could help but notice how much more windy it is in Nebraska. Therefore I am considering forming a petition that would change the state moto from "The Good Life". I considered "The Show Me State", but there is nothing to see and it is already taken by Missouri. Then it occurred to me that the new State moto for Nebraska should be "The Blow Me State" because of the wind. Another oddity of Nebraska is the lack of trees which only enables the wind, but we also have the Worlds largest hand planted forrest in the Nebraska National Forrest and Nebraska City is home to Arbor Day.
