If you are going to go with new oe parts I would suggest using EBC's SM kit. It can be had for about $190. EBC Brake Rotor SM6329C

At 120 USD, that is crazy just for the caliper holder. I purchased all my stuff at a fraction of the USA retail from a forum buddy in Thailand.
I would go the 190 dollar route suggested by Gbauto for the EBC Brake rotor with Caliper holder. Better value.
