KLX250 specific (sort of) tank bags for sale
I bought these small saddlebags a while back then I modified them to fit my bike (KLX250s) by adding elastic and gutter hooks. They sling over the gas cap and the gutter hooks grab the edge of the radiator cowl in order to keep them from flying around. You could also use the velcro strip if you wanted to stick on velcro to your cowls (velcro strips included, unused).
Both sides have zippered compartments. One side has a mesh pocket the other side has a pocket w/ a drawstring for a drink bottle.
Perhaps you could use them. I have never used them as I have some Ortlieb saddlebags and a tailbag. I would like 30 dollars postage paid to you. Paypal is okay or cash or check.
