KLX250 Piston and bore
kenny, ever heard of the 351 kit...or the numerous other bigger bore kits talked about over and over on this forum? Heck, you can even keep the standard 11:1 compression ration with the OEM 300cc cylinder and piston. And I'm assuming you're aware that the OEM 250 cylinder is a plated cylinder, so you can't just do a slight over bore and piston size. It has to be sleeved.
Yah i do know the 300+cc bore but i ride daily everyday over 60KM so for now my bike does 30km, if i convert to a 300 hmm.. will this be a problem? btw how much would a 300 cost? if you can give out links of the 250 bore and piston too..
For clarification, is this a repair replacement or a performance upgrade? If you just need another good serviceable piston and cylinder, one of the forum members who kept their stock setup when doing a big bore might sell you that. Otherwise it's going to be Kawasaki for a stock replacement.

And I forgot to add that if this is a repair, there are some companies who will refurbish/replate the OEM cylinder to stock specs. That and a new piston will get the job done. Broussard's offer is what I had in mind for a replacement too. You still haven't clarified if this is a repair or performance upgrade.
