DIN power and DIN correction is different than SAE. Aside from the math (DIN to SAE), the DIN standard corrects to 68°F (20° C) day with 0% humidity and a barometric pressure of 29.92 in-Hg, which is more advantageous to the bike than SAE correction.
Bottom line is that these numbers would/should be lower if the bike was run on a dyno using current SAE standards.

I have absolutely zero exhaust popping with my AFR levels btw.

The 02 eliminator should cure the backfire problems by richening up things a tad. Your very lean 14.0AFR @4500rpm looking at your dyno graph!! Give it a go & report back please. Or better still a dyno test with the 02 sensor fitted would be great to see.

Pfffft!...what a bunch of bunk! I still say that wearing the black and green Monster Energy shirt while doing the run is the biggest factor for enhancing performance on a KLX. It trumps SAE or DIN.

I think the best way I could get more power out of the KLX would be to put the Aprilia RS250 egine I have in the garage.. I have to take the KLX out tomorrow so I i'll try the eliminator in then.

Also blocking off the Pair-valve can make a big difference with exhaust popping noises! Letting clean air into the exhaust mix to burn off unburnt fuel for nothing more than passing emissions testing does cause popping!

Bill Blue sells a block off plate or just use some silicon sealant in the hose.

Just an up-date. I fitted the eliminator and it does seem to make a difference. The bike feels more responsive and the engine feels smooth. I'm going to keep an eye and see if it effects the tank range. Maybe in a few months stick it back on the Dyno. Anyway next stop Spain for the KLX on Saturday for some off road riding.
