The KLX 250S/250SF bible: What service manual is the right one?
Hi all,
New to this place, new to my used 2010 KLX 250SF, new to motorcycling in general, so yeah, good times being the absolute noob
The KLX is filling the hole that my BMW E30 left a few years back, when I had to sell it due to children coming into my life. Mid-life crisis approved beginner motorcycle is sitting in the garage, making me happy. It's stock (even the tires!), except for the FMF Powercore 4 exhaust that came with it -- holy smokes is that loud!
So anyways, long story short: I want to be able to understand the ins and outs of the bike. The BMW has the Bentley service manual which told me everything I needed to know, but what does the KLX 250SF have? Any pointers?
Also, taking suggestions on how to quiet that exhaust...I think my neighbors will start shooting.
