I am curious whether any of you would pull the trigger on this exhaust? I've been looking at alternatives to the popular ones mostly because of availability, but also affordability. This one has the O2 bung, but no spark arrestor (deal breaker?). At USD $165 plus $95 shipping it's tempting, but with no reviews anywhere it seems like a bit of a gamble. From the vendor:
Yes it's loud sir we have created the exhaust since long time ago. So that it would improve your performance on your bike. The exhaust includes front pipe, middle pipe and silencer. I have also the removable db killer so that you have options to have it louder or more silent one. Yes there is an o2 sensor on it. Regarding spark arrestor we just make the db killer to reduce the sound sir.
You need to realize that the pics and vids show two different positioning's of the system. One will burn off the turn signal, the other looks like it angles the slipon up so far as to exit gasses above the turn signal but will look weird..
No spark arrestor will be a pricey ticket if you are caught while offroading in a national forest ( etc )..
I bought an NCX muffler via FB direct from a Pilipino custom builder. Complete exhaust was $125 plus freight. Its a beauty and the bike sounds like a thumper now. Original exhaust 11.7lbs new 3.7lbs =8lbs less. It comes with 02 sensor threaded hole. Guys at the shop were good to deal with and worked around language barrier.

Looks neato!
Those little expansion chambers are becoming a feature on a lot of exhausts. They help the engine to produce more low rpm torque, because the added exhaust volume mimics the effect of a longer headpipe. I have a chamber on on mine too.
I too am fitting up an exhaust at the moment.
Found a 2018 kx250 exhaust and cut and welded a reducer to the end of the mid pipe. Fit is ok but it will need a bracket made up to attack it 3/4” below the current mounting point.
I also used an older klx300r head pipe, just because…
The setup is loud 96 db in the garage, so a 11/8 quiet core will be used to tame it down a bit.
