klx 250 d-tracker exhaust muffler???
Hello again people!
I have a klx 250 d-tracker (2000 model), and i'd like to change the exhaust muffler.
Does anyone know which after market muffler would fit the original exhaust head-pipe??
Oh and something else, the spare parts of which (model, year) klx 250 fits the 2000 d-tracker, as i find it difficult to search for parts when asking for d-tracker..
thank you all!

If you live where you can get a D tracker you should also live where you can get a BEET system.Heads & shoulders above all other KLX exhaust I have seen. Its art.
Hey Tremor:
Do Sato & Moriwaki make D tracker systems in Japan? If so I would recommend those just as highly.

Hello, I own a D-tracker. All of the full systems and slip-ons that fit the KLX will fit the D-tracker, because the bikes are basically identical, minus the wheels and a few pieces of body plastic.
So, stateside that would narrow your choices toFMF Q series,2-Bros andHMFslip-ons. Allof those will fit your headpipe.
Believe it or not, Japan doesn't offer very many more choices when it comes to exhausts. As KLXer mentioned, BEET full systems and slip-ons are the best, bar none, but they are also the most expensive. Yoshimura offers a tricone slip-on for the KLX/D-tracker and there is a comany called Nojima which makes the 'Fasarm' slip-in. K-factory makes some fairly expensive Titanium slip-ons as well.
Moriwaki doesn'toffer anything for theKLX/D-tracker and neither does Sato.
