Thanks
It pulls really nice now ( if you loock at the torque graph youīll understand why )
At the exhaust Iīve changed the " butt plug " for a 1" pipe , very small increase in noise and somewhat better throtle response . I havenīt upped that mod , it didnīt seem that important , there is also a light switch mod mod that I did post but I donīt think many people did it .

Awesome Marcelino!
I've got to go back and re read your first post now.
I do hope that others will post there results and help make it even clearer for me.
I've only timed one cam before and it's very difficult for me to get all the things straight in my mind.
I'm really courious about doing just the intake and how that works out.
Is 87 octane fuel still going to be OK?

Now i gotta do this.
im going to have to take a day off work now
how much pressure was needed to press out the ACR? can a hammer and wooden dowel get the job done or do i need to take it to the shop and in the press?
Same question for reinstall? did you need to really crank on the press to get it in?

Intriguing.

It would appear that the WR250R crowd may need to be on the lookout for a certain "outdated" green machine.

My exhaust is 3/4 copper. Went from 15 mm to 20mm. More than doubled the area. The longer the stinger, the quieter the bike.

I have a lot of fun on the bike so I don't want to draw any more attention with loud exhaust.

Marcelino,

I would like to know about that exhaust mod. My D-Tracker has one just like yours.

Great post, Marcelino!

I had to look at the OP several times and now I believe I understand. In essence, you have increased valve overlap slightly over the stock settings? And it was road tested before going to the dyno, from what I've read?

Very intriguing. Will likely try it soon.

Im currently trapped with the Mrs on a surprise date..... all I have left to do is put my damn valve cover on and gas tank on and I will post my results. I only did the intake cam. Bike has following nods....

Dj2206 kit

Needle on 3rd clip, 128mj, stock pilot jet 2.75 turns out

Big gun evo r full exhaust

No airbox lid

Crank case breather mod.

Bike currently runs great, pulls good. More to come in 45min if I can escape...
