My mate Neil has got a 30ft Wharram cat, thats fun for a cruise boat, I used to do a lot of short offshore racing in fractionally rigged, over canvassed go fast keelers.
Im on the map in the 250 forum mainpage, Place called Parua Bay
bout halfway up a harbor on a hilltop looking over harbor, ocean and forest.
Looked for years to find the spot.
Climate is sub tropical, just right for me!
