Jetting?
I would follow his lead and go for the 2nd or 3rd notch. There was a chart on here that showed where all the carb settings affected the performance.
The a/f screw and pilot jet were 0-1/4
needle 1/4-3/4
main jet 1/2-full ish
If I recall correctly anyway, There was more overlap than I'm showing but that was the gist of it. Also, as I was reminded, don't try to tune by rpm, tune by throttle position. You can get the bike to 6500 rpm at many different throttle positions depending on what gear you are in. So if you were losing power at 6500 rpm @3/4 throttle then it could be a combo of the main jet and needle position, etc etc.

U responding to me^?
I was holding my throttle in one spot. And it seemed to slightly speed up and slow down, just verry slightly. But like I say, it could have been the wind too. It just felt like it was the bike.

Yep, general response and to you as well. I noticed having a speed up slow down issue when I pulled the airbox lid off running around 3/4 throttle. Went up to a 130 Keihin main and it still did it. I think with the N1TC Keihin needle I'd need to move it from the 2nd to the 3rd clip to run with the lid off.
I also noticed that if I wound out 1st-3rd that when I hit 4th and cracked it wide open it would sputter like it was out of gas. Putting the airbox lid back on cleared that up but I think I could have accomplished it with adjusting the needle position, not entirely sure though.
