Got my email. To be honest I wish they went with the bigger shroud style tank (i know they would have less of a market for them). i just did an adventure ride on the weekend on beaches and sand and with this tank I still will be struggling to get 180 km or 110 miles. Thats with 300cc kit, a GL coyote bag and flogging the love of my life.

Actra if you don't mind me asking how much is the postage to Australia?

Out of interest what do you guy's calculate you could get in range for trail riding with this tank?

Oh and i'm going natural. I don't think it will look as good but I'm sick of trying to look inside the tank and guess the range based on mileage.

Are you referring to the Husky tank or an IMS Husky replacement tank?

I was referring to the IMS tank for the '08-10 FI Husky tanks. Warranty service is quite good I've read with a replacement sent out no problem. OEM tank is made by Acerbis, hoped they would come out with a larger tank.

For kicks I went back thru this thread and found this:

Thats 23ish
I propose anyone that wants an IMS tank that is not on the above list cuts and pastes the list into their response with their name added.
Did anyone besides dklogic get a reply from Chuck? I did not so I am not sure if he recieved my email or not.

Cheers Jim
Wonder how many members are still around that got on the list? Thread started back in 6/2/10

I got a message directly from IMS...I believe it was Gary that sent me the invitation and gave me the code. I ordered that same day.
