Yep, those are the pictures I have too. Looks like it's going to fit great & give a bit more range. I did a 110 mile ride on Saturday, but had to backtrack almost 15 miles just to find the nearest gas station before I ran out. I can't wait to ditch this tiny M-E-T-A-L tank! I'm thinking about getting a clear one, but I honestly could go for any of the three (clear, black, green).

Soooo close...

I've prototyped car panels and other carbon panels and have to say this process is looking pretty sweet.
Let's hope the final product yields an extra gallon or more.

I have a fuel injected bike, do the US versions have a low fuel sensor?
Will this tank accommodate that sensor?
Sorry, too lazy to go back and read 30 pages.

Does the FI KLX have the pump in the tank like most FI bikes?

It would be smart of the IMS to make arrangements for a tank mounted fuel pump for the FI KLXs.

Most definately interested here!! We have 2 KLX250SF's so count me in for definately buying 2 of them, especially if they are in the 3gal range and bolt right on. so put me on that list and if you need muliple emails then here:
