I went through the same thing about 5 years ago. Hurt bad for awhile but my life is so much better now that I wish she would have left me sooner.

The best therapy that I found to get back on track was a 19 year old blond. Still can't believe I pulled that off.

I"m sorry you're going through that, Ryan. Sorry for the kids too. It's all too common, but it's never too good. There is life on the other side though. Hang in there. Distractions were made for times like this. Make good choices...the bike's a very good choice. Ride often and look around a lot. Tak'em with you when you can.

Been there...done that! The best part is the YOU got the kids! I fought to my last dollar and lost...and fought since then to have some sort of say-so as far as the kids are concerned. Thedad simply doesn't have a chance unless you start out with custody...then you set the rules. Hang in there bro...this can be tough to get through...but if it isn't better already...it'll get better.
For what it's worth....
GET child support!
NEVER talk bad to the kids about their mom (she is their mom!)...and don't allow this from the mom either, or the grandparents!
19 year old knockouts will help....but don't introduce every lady friend to the kids.
Talk to the kids, more importantly...listen to them...they are going through this too!

 

Going through the big "D" and I don't mean Dallas. It's a bitch. Iam recently separated, but it's been cool between us so far, she just wants some $. We have our own houses and no kids together, it's a pretty simple split. As far as the money I do owe her so I don't mind giving it to her. Gives me more time to ride the KLX when I want, not to mention the chance to pull down some new panties.

What kind of gal runs off without her kids though??
On the other hand, if my old lady split I would insist that she took the two little brats; neither of which has enrolled in college or found a job.

 

Yeah, sorry to hear about the situation. I'm here in Spokane, too. We definitely need to get a E-WA ride together.

Thanks everybody. I'm still feeling sh1tty about it all, but I have to get out of this funk. I have takin a second job because there is NO way I can afford this place on my own and I aint leavin'. I would still take her back though, I love her ALOT.

Hang in there man. I've got my own problems, but somehow riding my motorcycles can be theraputic, and, at least for a little while, I forget all my problems,stress, etc....After 45 years of riding, it still makes me feel greeat riding.
