+1^ on TNC's post. I'd say get one of the "reverse thread" easy-outs. Tap a "pilot" punch dot (to give your drill bit something to center upon) then drill (CAREFULLY) into your bolt. Thread-in your easy out, spray the broken bolt with a generous splash of penetrant, and gently extract it. If that doesn't work, let us know.

I fixed it by boring out the bolt and use one of those easy-outs. Thank you all for your help.
