IDK... I think that there should be excecptions to emissions. I mean, come on. Our bike gets 80 MPG in stock form, and still I get 65+ modded. We're already doing our part to "help save the environment!!11!1!" The emissions "saved" by the crap on every 250S in the world doesn't equal a drop in the bucket verses all the other stupid crap in the world. Bikes under a certain CC should be emissions-exempt.
