I think when you go with the fat bars the bottom clamp/adapter gives you at least a 1" rise, Just order klx 250 clutch with 3" extension. You may get by with the stock throttle cables, but extended ones will be better. I haven't use mine yet. YOu will also probably need an extended front brake line, Bill Blue will sell you a braided one. You should phone Paul and talk to him and get it straightened out with the clamp hole pattern sizing

 

you can just buy the damper and figure out a different way to mount it and not use the kit specific to the klx250...

the ninja 250r levers are a direct replacement and much cheaper option for adjustable short levers for the klx250...doesn't pivot....

the damper is pretty fat...don't see it can fit under the bars...my crossbar needed to be a bow and I wanted to be more narrow, so my bars were custom bent too
