The KLX will do it. I'm setting mine up with a 351 kit, a Sargent seat, and I may add the new oversize gas tank. I have a Husky SM610 that I travel on, but I'm going to try to set up the KLX as an all around bike--one bike that will do it all. I'll be taking it on it's first trip in November, nothing too long, but it should give me an idea how it's going to work out. I'm anxious to see how I like it. There are quite a few people on here and ADV that travel on the KLX, even without a big bore.
