How can I speed up the warm-up process? (See video link)

Full choke when I'm in full gear and ready to roll. It idles high for maybe 10-20 seconds then starts to falter. I gently head out on the ride and turn off the choke at the entry to the neighborhood and get to it.

Full choke, don't touch the throttle.

That hasn't worked once for me. The bike just dies after <60 seconds and then won't restart.
