Default hmf is here

i got my hmf in the mail today. man this pipe is soooo loud. it sounds great and adds power. i am very surprised by it, it sounds tons better than i thought it would. did anyone have a little trouble on the fit of the pipe. i got it on but it was rubbing against the rear fender but still fits good.

it barely touches the fender... you can probably put a washer in the mounting hole to get some space too...

Well that sucks. So many people recommended this muffler thats why I bought it. Not once did anyone say it rubs the fender. Sounds like poor engineering to me. If mines like that Im gonna be pissed after waiting 2 weeks.

BTW.............

dont send it back cause of that, it fits if u know how to just spin it a little, it's no big deal unless your OCD { no offense if anyone is } it's not worth sending it back, and it sounds so sweet!

Its funny....everytime anyone mentions Muzzy...members allways talk about the pass buddy foot peg minor issue. I just cannot get over why no one ever mentionedthe HMFrubs the fender.

If it rubs the fender, take it from an eng...they need to do an ECO on their design.
