it goes to were the head pipe meets the "tail pipe" if you can call it that (slip on). Look at the bike and you'll see where the two join together.

I just ordered an HMF and now realize that the quiet core is an optional add-on. Have most of you guys been running the pipe without the QC with not too excessive sound?
