Hi and happy new year to all
I haven't been aroud for a while, to many other things happening, Just been away camping for 4 weeks and am now back at work. Waiting for the weather to cool down a little so I can get back on the klx, gotta try and get fit for a couple 3 &4 day rides coming up, gunna play with jetting over the weekend to see if I can get rid of splutter at top end

Welcome back from your camping trip! Finally someone who understands that it can actually be too hot to ride! Don't know if I can help you with the sputter problem but with all the mods you've done except for the muffler sounds like you might either have a bottleneck of back pressure or jetting is especially rich for your setup. I'm sure someone will have the magic bullet cure for you on this forum - Stay Frosty Mate!
