OK, so the word "su****ious" is being blocked because it contains for letters in a row that might be a racial slur. Sus-pic-ious. There.
I know that feeling of wanting to ride. I'll check the video tonight.

Measure the voltage across the battery terminals while cranking it over. Then measure the voltage from the chassis to the terminal on the starter while cranking it over. The readings should be close. If not, you have an electrical problem. If the voltage at the battery drops below 10 volts, either the battery is weak or there is excessive load when the starter is engaged.
Have you rechecked the timing of the exhaust cam? The ACR should reduce the needed cranking force.

"Note the position of the cams. The lobes of the intake cam should point aft. On the cam gear you will see a small line next to the letters "IN". This line should be parallel to the to top of the head. On the exhaust cam the cam lobes point forward and the line next to letters "EX" should be parallel to the head."
At some point, the engine was torn down to put the 351 barrel on it. No mention of when this was done in relation to the current problem.

I have had a new battery and tried with other batteries. It's been running and starting fine for a couple of years until this slow cranking has gradually started.
I will get a multi meter today and report back with my findings. I was thinking it may be something to do with the ACR too.

I assumed it was running fine after the 351 work, otherwise I believe he probably would have mentioned that fact.
That being the case, after the motor was running properly, why would the exht cam suddently gone out of time? The same could be said for the intake cam, maybe the carb is on backwards, piston rings are reversed, etc.
