help needed
Talking about smoke, I went for a ride today out near one of the remote desert lakes we have here. On the way back I spotted a house on fire. I cruised over and saw that the Forest Service was already there. The house was completed engulfed in flames and of course I forgot to bring the camcorder (and marshmallows) which I usually have in my rack pack. So after after 5-minutes of watching I take off back down the hill towards home. Well the small town I live in finally has it own fire department which opened for business last week. Anyhow I'm 4 miles down the road from the fire and their brand smacking new fire truck goes roaring past me - the funny part was the fire hose in the back of the truck was unraveling while they were driving at least 70 miles an hour. There must have been about 150 feet of hose whipping around the back end with that big fat brass connector attached at the end - I spotted it just at the last second as it was coming into my lane! It was like something out of the old Keystone Cop silent movies - Mega crazy sh*t going on today!
Mark, you're just a magnet for that kinda stuff happening
Too bad you didn't have the 'corder with. I got some good action shots of you riding yesterday!

There is another way to get fresh gas in there, its an old MX trick. Tip the bike as far on one side almost touching the ground and hold it there for a few seconds and lift it back up. It will cause the carb to overflow old gas and let in fresh gas. Same end game justa little messier.
