I need a green/white front fender for the 07 klx250. They dont make them anymore so I am hoping somewhere still has a few in stock. I dont mind paying shipping even if it is overseas. If you can, please help me. If there is another fender that is similar that looks good I am open to opinions. Thanks

 

I cant believe they stopped making them.... great looking fender, If i ever break it again ill have to replace the whole thing.... dammit.

 

So what aftermarket fenders are yall using. I tried a kdx 200/400 fender but it hits the frame. Why would acerbis stop making that fender?!

 

Try putting some washers between the fender and the fork at the rear mounting bolts. That may change the angle enough to miss the frame but will raise the front of the fender slightly.

 

From what i remember, 06-07 bikes, a kx250 fender bolts right up.

Example... both 06's kx fender in foreground stock fender in background. If i break my tecnik im getting a kx fender

 

I was going to order the polisport free flow fender but just decided to make the one I have work since it was only $11. After putting the metal "washers" from the stock fender onto the ufo kdx200/400 fender and adding a washer to the rear it works fine. It does cover the bottom of the headlight shroud but shouldnt really matter. I like the rounded profile of the end as opposed to the square profile of the stocker.
