so i just got the edge tail light kit and 601 blinkers for my klx 250sf, and i have no idea how to install the wiring. Pretty new to the electrical thing, does anyone have a step by step that I can follow, and if I will need any other type of tools. A video would be great if that is even available, I have searched everywhere. I am in so cal and cant get any shop to do it. I would pay someone to install it for me if I could find anyone to help.

 

This is the best I can do for you, man. The instructions are for the 12oClockLabs board that can replace the stock Edge2 board. But there's a table at the bottom that points out what each wire does. It may shed some light.
I have this board in my Edge2 tail light, but it came with all stock connectors, so it was an easy plug and play install.

Before you can legally tow your trailer on public roads, you have to have working trailer lights. In fact, this is more important than simply risking a ticket - if your trailer lights don't work, you're inviting an accident. Always check your trailer lights before you leave on any towing trip, no matter how short.

Most trailers come with lights and wiring installed for you. If your trailer's lights and wiring are missing or beyond repair, it's usually very easy to install replacements. Any reputable camping or trailer center will have kits that use standard wiring connections and standard color-coded wires.
