Hey, give this a try and then report back.

1 turn off the gas
2 Drain the carb bowl
3 open the gas
4 start the bike....and yes it will start

+ 1 on daining the carb bowl...Sounds like you might have a plugged jet or just have bad gas in the carb...Good luck man

Did you disassemble the carb or remove and reinstall the stator or the cams? Like said above remove the air filter, open the throttel, and using a squirt can shoot a little bit of fresh gas straight into the throat of the carb. If your sure you have spark and you haven't messed with the engine or carb, and it ran fine before you did your mods it should at least start and run briefly. What temperature are you doing all of this is it really cold? If it is follow Deej's suggestion these things can really be a pain to start if it hasn't run for awhile and it is cold out. Good luck

P.S you should drain the float bowl and shut the gas off before you do what I mentioned in the above post. If the float bowl is full of stale gas it may prevent the bike from starting even when you shoot gas straight into the carb.

It must be a problem in th ecarb o gas becasue when I tried teh starting fluid in the carb, I was able to get t he bike to start and run beefly.
