I think I paid $99.99 (with free shipping).

They're available here for $79.99

It's a very nice helmet (that's why I have three) at a very nice price (if you buy them at closeout prices). I recommend that you try one on at a dealer so that you know what size you want for sure. They are VERY snug when new. They are very comfortable, and look nice too.

Shoei Hornet DS - don't skimp on your head, you only have one that counts. The other one is a trouble maker...sometimes!

Zamp FL-20 Modular Full face
> Composite Thermoplastic Resin Shell
> Flip up mechanism gives you 5 different potential configurations
> Plush removable / washable interior
> Tooless ratcheting shield
> Scalp & Chin vents w/ rear exhaust
> Inner smoked shield that goes up and down with switch on side of helmet

> Meets or Exceeds DOT

Think that I paid a bit over $125 for it and it is superior, in my opinon, for dual sport usage. Great for the Asphalt and the Dirt. The interior sunshield is a true blessing for the blinding sun on that return trip home. It doesn't come all the way down, but allows about a half inch of clear view, (no sunshield), for what ever you need to see. The whole thing flips back into the helmet case by means of an exterior slide switch. The clear visor has a number of position that allow for open air flow, but there is plenty of visibility and ample air flow through the helmets six exterior air vents.

Best regards,

Check out the Zeus dual sport, got pretty good write ups. Got visor and facesheild. I think JR Graham powersports has them on with a 10% discount for $89.96
