Default headlight

I got a 2018 klx250 efi us version and wanting to get brighter bulb as the stock headlight on my bike are pretty terrible. Is there any simple bulb replacement that somebody has that is brighter than stock and only requires swapping bulbs? Thank you So much

any led bulb would work but since its not a projector housing, you are going to get a lot of scattering

It runs an H4 60/55 watt stock. You could do a hotter bulb too - H4 Halogen 100/55 watt. Technically the 100 watt is illegal in most places, but if you don't blind people you will have no problem. It is not a light to run around on high beam all the time. I am not sure how it will work with the plastic lens either. Amazon, $8.97...

so when you say scattering I take it to mean the light is more broken up and not near as concentrated across its reach? Would you say a brighter led would still be quite a bit better than stock?

If your looking for a pattern that projects out further, i would just get an led bar that has a spot pattern. That way it would be narrow but yet shoot out further down the road

I have a Cyclops LED in mine and get comments all the time how bright it is during the day. I haven't ridden with it at night so not sure about the pattern.

I’m looking for a slip on FMF silencer.
finished my headlight install. I’m fitting everything before I wire it.
