Shoulda just did a copy and paste but here it is...

Rock the bike back and forth at the same time with the choke pulled out press the start button.....100% sure it will start in 6 seconds or 10 cranks....Dont worry about the battery or what gas is in the carb...............

I'm gonna give it a whirl on Monday, I guess. Gotta get my lazy *** off the couch and hook her up to the hose and see what I can do.

Not lookin' forward to it...

USMC...no problem starting your bateau after a few months. First hook up your dvd-40 charger to your batts to make sure they are fresh and just went thru a cycle.

Remove, your fuel water separator, dump and reinstall. Remove your cowling...pump bulb aggressively, pull out manual choke...ignore electric Yammi.....pin throttle in neutral for two cranks. Now put a shot of ether in the intake....pull throttle back to one quarter and crank.....whammo...that Yammi started.

As far as the klx is concerned...shaking back and forth really works like the above poster suggested.
