Have you seen?
Sink.....I'm not sure if you are responding to my post......lots of posts on this thread
, but any ktm can be easily tagged in the US.......the ktm 300 you see above is a 06 and tagged in Florida.....next week the 250 I'm going to try is also tagged an 06 as well. Supposedly the newer ktm's just say motorcycle on thetitle not off road vehicle.........please prove me wrong.
ps you get a tag from the dealer but you still got to buy lights etc......may not be totally legit......but I know where to get it done.

I don't know about the states Sinkoman, but here (Canada) retail for a WR 450, or anything in the high end enduro is like... 9 grand. VS about 5700 is what I paid for my KLX. There is no compotition for the KLX. What compares to it? In 08' there will be the wWR250 R. Other than that.. KLX is bulletproof, way less maintenance than the big bikes too.
KTM sells some niiice dual sported bikes. The EXC 450, 525.. They come with the mirrors and gear for the road right from the factory.
But when you talk price range, and practicality... Nothing beats the KLX
(IMO) or course!

Yup.....just like my flats skiff...except its a yami. I got some cool small marine measuring cups that colapse.....but with a two gallon tank, ya only need a tiny bit.
Prefilled film canisters work great for a set amount of gas.
