I like it, someone buy one and tell me how well they fit [8D]
I am thinking about it very seriously. This is one of the only DOT legal aftermarket lights that I have found. I might get it for my birthday next month. Of course, birthday presents have been known to show up a little early now and then.

I wish it showed how it mounted, like a side or back view pic.

Ask and ye shall receive. I found this pic of this headlight assembly on Ebay. It looks like it is a pretty universal mounting system.

One word of caution regarding the universal mounting headlights. From what I've seen, the rubber bands used to mount the headlight to your forks are frequently designed for standard (right-side-up) fork diameters. The KLX has upside-down forks, which means that the fork diameter where the headlight mounts is significantly bigger than what those universal kit rubber bands are made for. The aftermarket headlights I've seen mounted on KLXs and D-Trackers here in Japan often have rubber bands that are splitting from being over stretched. You might want to check with the manufacturer on that before you purchase a new headlight. For what it's worth...

That's a good point, NavKLX. I will have to check that out making my decision. I guess I could always fab up a different mounting scheme, though, if it comes to that.

Thanks for the head's up.
